By using this website and our services you (users/customers) agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions listed below and throughout the website. Elegant Hair reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at anytime without notice so we encourage customers and users to regularly check for updates. These Terms & Conditions constitute our conditions of sale. During checkout you will be asked to agree to the Terms & Conditions stated below please read carefully before placing your order. 

All our hair is for professional fitting only, warranty is invalid if the hair has not been professionally fitted, proof of certificates may be required.

Please check all products on receiving them. If you have concerns about any of our products, you must return the items to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused and unopened for a refund or exchange. 

All packs of hair extensions are checked and/or tested before we dispatch to check the quality of each pack by a qualified professional hairdresser and hair extension technician. 

We offer 2 delivery options, First Class Signed For and Special Delivery. All items sent out First Class Signed For are insured for the sum up to £50 and Special Delivery covers items up to £500 if you require more cover please email us.

We do not accept liability for any damage caused to our products from incorrect maintenance and the use of non-recommended aftercare products. Nor do we accept responsibility or regard the hair as faulty if the customer is unable to care for the hair extensions personally. Please be aware hair extensions take a lot of extra time and care due to the extra length and weight to be washed and styled.

All items must be paid in full before orders will be dispatched.

International items may be subject to customs charges, VAT and/or Import duty charges. These are un-foreseeable and must be paid by the buyer.

Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of receiving your return or cancellation request and will all monies will be returned back to you using your original method of payment.

Our team will always treat customer communication with politeness, kindness and honesty. In support of this, we will not offer any response to rude, aggressive or violent communication.

We understand that trying to match your colour from a computer screen is difficult so we sell colour rings for this purpose under hair extension accessories. We also offer a colour matching service which will suit those who only want to buy one set of hair extensions. Just send us small hair sample (either of your hair or some old extensions that match) and we will match your colour for you and email you with the closest match. If you wish to do this please contact us on the email address below for our address where to send the sample. 

Wearing hair extensions is not advisable in hot climates, if you are planning on traveling abroad or spending long periods of time without using protection to avoid the sun drying the hair out and causing colour to fade, we will not be held repsonsible for loss of quality. 

We will not be responsible for any issues relating to the fitting of the hair and aftercare. Nor will we be held responsible for any costs, damage or misuse caused by a 3rd party.

If hair extensions appear faulty due to quality issues, the fault must be reported to us within 28 days of the purchase date due to human hair being a consumable item during wear and returned to us. We will not look at any hair extensions that have been coloured or tinted or chemically damaged. All hair must come back to us as the original product colour. We must receive the hair within 7 days of the complaint to be examined and inspected. Goods are not considered faulty if their condition deteriorates due to poor hair management or poor application of extensions. If no fault is present, or the hair has been damaged or coloured in any way by the customer, the goods will be returned to the customer and we will not refund or replace the goods.

Elegant Hair will not be held responsible for any out of pocket expenses due to faulty goods, e.g. removal or re-application costs. We recommend that a experienced professional applies any professional hair extensions and customers have a consultation before any permanent extensions are applied, and regular maintenance usually every 6 weeks to maintain the hair carried out by a qualified professional.

We do not recommend colouring our hair extensions, but please note if you do so this is at your own discretion. We do not accept liabilty for any colouring gone wrong.

A patch test is recommended before fitting a full head, by attaching a couple of strands to clients/your own hair for at least 48 hours.

Hair to be returned must still be in original packaging and unused for a refund.  Any discrepancies in colour/style must be corrected before the packs are opened so they can be returned to us in original condition.

All our hair is Indian virgin hair before it has been coloured to its current colour. Due to this some colour may come out in the first couple of washes this is normal especially on darker colours.

We recommend using shampoos and conditioners which hydrate the hair and add moisture. Avoiding any products which contains sulphates as these dry out the hair extensions. It is advisable not to wash your hair extensions more then twice a week to avoid drying them out. Using Moroccan argan oil after towel drying is also recommended and a deep conditioning treatment. The use of heat protection products is also required when blow-drying and styling.
