Postage

Elegant Hair offers 3 postage options.
Next day Special delivery by 1pm. Please note all orders need to be placed before 1pm on the day before. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. (With insurance up fo £500)
First class signed for. Orders placed before 1pm will be sent out same day and usually arrive within 1-3 working days. (with insurance up to £50)
Free delivery. These deliveries usually take up to 7 working days. 

Working days are classed as Monday to Friday, excluding weekends. 
 

Returns 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of ordering. 
The hair must be unused and unopened in original packaging due to hygiene reasons.
